“Judge Michael Mukasey, a former federal prosecutor and judge with tremendous experience in the kind of national security issues our nation is facing every day, is uniquely qualified to serve as our 81st Attorney General. He is exactly the kind of highly-regarded, widely respected person that the President promised he would nominate.
