CMC Boot Camp is an intensive three-day program which will include presentations from some of the most effective political strategists in the nation. We will cover all aspects of a campaign including fundraising, communications, data, grassroots tactics, and overall best practices.
The skills needed to raise funds for Republican organizations and Republican candidates continue to expand and become more complicated each and every year. Curriculum for this course includes fundraising events, major donors, finance committees, legal compliance, telemarketing, direct mail, and using data to analyze fundraising performance. Attendees tend to include State Party finance staff, campaign finance staff, executive staff who are directly involved in fundraising, and political operatives who want to attain a new specialization in fundraising.
Campaign Management College (CMC) is the testing ground for campaign managers assigned to targeted congressional and state-level campaigns and senior state party directors. This course is designed to provide broad understanding of campaign strategies - augmented with a focus on data and analytics - and to simulate the tactical decisions the manager could face in the field. Considered an essential training ground for generations of political talent, the CMC has been modernized to give future managers the tools to be competitive in 2020 and beyond.

You'll hear directly from the most experienced data strategists in the business and learn how to use innovative tools and techniques to win your campaign. The curriculum includes vote goals, microtargeting, voter contact universes, finance data, digital targeting, and television optimization - as well as a SQL coding boot camp. Attendees typically include state party or campaign staff directly involved in data strategy, committee staff, and political operatives who are interested in gaining a new specialization in political data.
